Our Trainers-Consultants

Our seminar leaders have become experts in recognizing and dealing with the unique problems confronting senior officers and NCOs undergoing transition. They have significant corporate and business world experience and have personally experienced transition from a military career to the private sector. The seminar leaders have conducted career transition seminars for thousands of senior military members (E-8 through O-10) and senior civil service personnel (including SES), at government installations throughout the world.

Our trainers must meet stringent requirements. All are required to have completed a military career as a senior officer . . . O-5 or above, or be a professional outplacement consultant with a government background; have at least five years experience in private industry at an executive level management position; have a post-graduate degree in a business discipline from an accredited college or university; be trained and experienced in career transition consulting; and be an accomplished presenter.
